Dispatch Times
The turnaround will vary depending on the time of year. The current turnaround time is displayed in the bar at the top of each page Please check the turnaround time prior to placing an order. I am happy to discuss rush orders however once orders have been placed I cannot guarantee an earlier dispatch date is possible.
Delivery Courier
We use Royal Mail First Class Signed For on all orders.
Once your item is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking reference.
Sending As A Gift?
We do not include invoices so you can send your gift directly to the lucky recipient.
Due to the personalised nature of our products we do not accept refunds or returns on items that have been incorrectly ordered or no longer required. If an item arrives damaged this must be declared within 5 days of receipt with proof of the damage shown. Once this has been received a replacement will be issued.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us and provide proof so that a replacement can be sent
